Enclosure 3.
P. S. A55 states

"I agree that we did have a few words together. I agreed to take his
men over and then Al45 did go up this side street. I cannot understand why he states I went along the lower road. I never did. I still maintain I went to the Dairy Farm. When I met Sergeant Goldie in Bonham Road my men were 20 or 30 yards away, but were out of his sight round the bend of the road. If he had carried along Bonham Road he would have seen them."

F. S. Al62 states :
"I could not accompany the Police parties on the 19th December at the
time as I had first to warn the following personnel that we were leaving the Station :- A. R. F. Headquarters in the Tunnel, Casualty Clearing Station, "escue & Demolition, Food Control and the Police Vital Post at the Reservoir. This I did and then proceeded to the Dairy Farm.
Until, the evacuation, P. S. A55 Fitzpatrick, carried out his duties efficiently during the war, going out in charge of picquets at night.
I did the day work." This was his and Sergeant Goldie's work.

F. S. A55 Fitzpatrick states :-
"I wish to amend my statement made yesterday. I now say that on re-
collection I remember that the first lorry in which I was in went by Victoria Road, stopped at a military Post and picked up two or three men, went up Sassoon Road and the lorry then proceeded to the Dairy farm.
The lorry was going so fast that we still arrived long before Al45 and his party could reach the Dairy Farm."
